I will always respect you and your privacy. I have to collect some personal information in order to fulfil your order or reply to your messages. I will never sell, rent or trade any of your information with a third party. I will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act (1998) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2018).

Only the information they need to perform their services is provided and they are all fully compliant with UK Data Protection:

3. With Interparcel, MyHermes, UPS or Royal Mail for their delivery services;

4. With MailChimp for email newsletters / shop opening updates (your email address only).

This website is hosted on Squarespace, Inc. (Squarespace). They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. Your data is stored through Squarespace's data storage, databases and the general Squarespace application. They store your data on secure databases protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps them to protect your data. However, no company, including Squarespace, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk. I also use SquareSpace Analytics to help understand how you, and others, are using my website and to help me to improve it from time to time.
